We are looking for Digital Video Content Producer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working on the cutting edge of digital and social media. This position will produce original content for the company that will reach our customers whenever and wherever they are, on whatever device they are using at the time. They will also manage content produced by others, including copy editing, for our various desktop/mobile/social outlets.

The successful candidate is innovative with strong social media experience. Qualified candidates will have experience posting stories to digital-mobile-social platforms, working knowledge of online CMS software, video and photo-editing skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Produces and edits short form content – from idea creation to writing to edit room
• Handle all equipment and software requirements
• Understands how to maximize the latest editing and producing tools to best tell the story, including after effects
• Organizes and evaluates the content for assigned ideas; determines the agendas and flow of assigned projects
• Uses data to maximize content creation and drive daily decision making 
• Operates within the context of maximizing engagement
• Participates in or develops concepts and content for all platforms
• Create original video for web and social platforms using the Adobe Creative Suite or other software
• Able to recommend and source relevant equipment

• Experience with digital production
• Proficient with video editing software 
• Knowledge of best practices with writing/producing engaging content 
• Excellent communications skills with team members, technical partners and management
• Experience using social media
• General knowledge of best practices when posting to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Excellent understanding of social media usage rights
• Strong news judgment and ability to enterprise and/or execute visually compelling content
• High degree of proficiency in creating the right visual element to deliver high-quality, audience-focused content
• Shows ability to manage technical work with rigor and accuracy 
• Demonstrates ability to find and develop nationally trending content 
• Displays positive attitude, resourcefulness and strong collaboration skills in working with colleagues
