Moonlight Resort is seeking for Front Office Manager (Koh Rong Sanloem).

• Work as the Manager of front customer service and hotel reservation.
• Training reception staffs
• Watch daily operation and advise if needed
• Staff evaluation
• Summarize the voices from customer and take advantage of it to improve service quality
• Run our Hotel Management System
• Manage and control the reservation status of hotel room
• Report the service related thing daily, monthly to the managers
• Peform Other tasks assigned by General Manager

• Good experience in customer service at international hotel
• Must be familiar with the hotel management system
• Excellent English skill to deal with foreigner customer and Chinese (will be a plus)
