Summary of Position

Ly Hour Pay Pro PLC is looking for Regional Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • As middle-level manager who to directly report to DHoT and perform other task may be requested by DHoT from time to time
  • Ensure the necessary procedure and tactic processes to deliver trade & service quality and branding programs to meet business, market share and customer segment requirements within the region
  • Ensure objectives in terms of targeting agent quality/transaction volume, availability/visibility of merchandising such as POSM/POP is well installed and displayed under approved plan-o-gram, customer operation of our product/services are timely achieved under trade & service / branding programs for the region
  • Achieve regional coverage plan by developing and implementing a trade & service quality coverage plan, agent portfolio/CV and other plans for the region for Area Managers
  • Ensure all Area Managers are well performing with proper execution and operation in the field or market and quickly react against competitive threats in their areas
  • Develop and implement the trade & service quality’s strategies and competitor strike strategies in terms of agent performance/transaction strategy and branding strategy for the region in line with the company’s strategy to propose in Cycle Planning Meeting (CPM) in HQ
  • Propose goals (objectives & targets) and KPIs for, and champion innovation in development of trade & service quality programs developed for the region, and track ongoing results in order to ensure hi-performance and competitive advantage in region to propose in Demand Review Meeting (DRM) in HQ
  • Interpret company’s and trade & service quality’s strategy into regional strategy, defining and implementing regional operational plan
  • Manage the productivity & cost optimization of the region (trade & service quality spending effectiveness in the region)
  • Manage regional equipment and material, to ensure the maximization of asset usage
  • Manage an efficient and effective regional team through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order to deliver company, trade & service quality and branding programs that are superior to the competition

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields
  • 3-4 years’ sales & marketing experience (Experience in Mobile banking from reputable Microfinance, Bank or Telecom industry is a plus)
  • Willingness to work in rural and remote communities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and Market trend information
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of accountability and professionalism
  • Be result-oriented, initiative, honest, high commitment, positive mindset, team player
  • Able to travel to fields/branch networks at rural areas when required
  • Good English communication and writing skills
  • Microsoft office:  Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at All levels of a large organization
