La Plantation – Kampot Pepper is a Cambodian company producing high-quality natural Kampot pepper and spices, and distributing them in Cambodia and abroad. We are launching an exclusive retail space in a new restaurant opening in Toul Kork area. We are looking for a sales agent to manage the sales in this retail space. The Sales agent will be in charge providing prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service, so as to promote the Company’s image of quality and professionalism.

• Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of La Plantation and the restaurant hosting our store to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to the Sales director
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of the brand and spices of La Plantation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales director and Restaurant manager

• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Previous experience in sales is a plus
• Chinese is a plus
