iCare Benefits (Cambodia) is looking for មន្រី្តផ្នែកលក់ (Sales Executive).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily on-site in accordance with line manager’s assignment schedule (LSR/RSM)
- Conduct telesales
- Ensure correct enforcement of sales model policy in accordance with the Company’s regulations
- Client Care, maintain and enhance effective relationships with clients
- Grasp the overall sales technical knowledge and skills as well as skill adaptation at area-specific organizations
- Ensure timely provision for Employee’s needs and demand at the area
- Assist other departments in resolving Clients’ complaints within FS’s duties and power
- Ensure reaching of KPI targets assigned by Directors
Minimum Educational Level Required
High School or equivalent
Minimum Career Level Required
Student (Undergraduate & Graduate)
Languages Required
English
Other Requirements
- High school graduation diploma at minimum
- Possess sales skills
- Have at least 1 year of working experience at financial companies or Retailer groups
- Proficiency in computer usage, know how to create form templates
- Negotiation and social skills, with good interaction within the company as well as outside
