iCare Benefits (Cambodia) is looking for មន្រី្តផ្នែកលក់ (Sales Executive).

• Perform daily on-site in accordance with line manager’s assignment schedule (LSR/RSM)
• Conduct telesales
• Ensure correct enforcement of sales model policy in accordance with the Company’s regulations
• Client Care, maintain and enhance effective relationships with clients
• Grasp the overall sales technical knowledge and skills as well as skill adaptation at area-specific organizations
• Ensure timely provision for Employee’s needs and demand at the area
• Assist other departments in resolving Clients’ complaints within FS’s duties and power
• Ensure reaching of KPI targets assigned by Directors

• High school graduation diploma at minimum
• Possess sales skills
• Have at least 1 year of working experience at financial companies or Retailer groups
• Proficiency in computer usage, know how to create form templates
• Negotiation and social skills, with good interaction within the company as well as outside
