KJC Farms seeks a salesperson to sell high-quality, locally raised chickens to restaurants and hotels in Siem Reap. The salesperson will work as part of the KJC Farm team to actively market the chickens to restaurants, hotels, markets and any other potential customers in the Siem Reap area and beyond. Currently, we are looking for a Salesperson.

• Develop and manage a thorough, detailed sales and marketing strategy and plan including timelines and deliverables
• Actively market the Centre’s chickens to the hospitably and restaurant industry in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh as required to secure strong, regular sales at good prices reflecting the quality of the Centre’s chickens
• Manage clients to ensure positive relationships for ongoing sales
• Actively develop and manage relationships with ‘middlemen’ to generate regular sales at good prices
• Review preparation and delivery of orders to ensure quality and timeliness of deliveries
• Liaise with Centre team members to advise on customer requirements and build an understanding of the production pipeline
• Support team members to develop additional sales channels eg. establishment and marketing of stalls in local markets
• Manage the sales database tracking all marketing and sales related activities and develop sales and marketing reports for review by Senior Management
• Provide data and input as required to senior team members for management reporting
• Attend and participate in the Centre team meeting every Monday with key contributions regarding the sales and marketing progress and pipeline
• Attend and participate in the Senior Management meeting every Wednesday with key contributions regarding the sales and marketing progress and pipeline
