Account Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a specialist in sourcing, quality, production and compliance services for their clients specialized in garments. They are looking for Account manager that will be in charge for providing assistance and support to suppliers and buyers from a coordinative perspective.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate as the first point of contact between country management team, client and supplier
  • Key partner in country management
  • Full knowledge and awareness of the clients’ requirements
  • Liaise with department representatives of clients
  • Build relationship with supplier and buyer
  • Regular factory visits to ensure supplier is supported
  • Support and advise supplier with production planning, to ensure delivery happens in a timely manner
  • Manage the various administration records of orders/ production processes
  • Maintain records of achievements related to KPI’s
  • Analyze KPI’s in order to improve performance

Report to Country Manager

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required


Other Requirements

  • Significant experience in management
  • Strong communication skills in English, both in speaking and in writing and additional language is a plus
  • Be able to travel/work on the road 50% + of the working week
  • A strong will to perform and to reach companies KPI’s, objectives and goals
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and sustainability
  • A ‘down to earth’ business mindset and approach
  • Able to analyze data and to come to action plans for improvement
  • Great organizational skills with a sense of good planning
  • Can work without supervision
  • Excellent presentation skills and able to convince
  • Can handle different projects at the same time   
  • Very professional of the EXCEL program
