Account Manager (Sales)

Innity has presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, Myanmar, and Cambodia with more than 300 staff to-date. Currently, we are looking for a Account Manager (Sales). The Account Manager (Sales) shall be responsible for executing and coordinating sales operation and activities to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for the assigned key accounts across agency and direct clients. To carry out all company sales and marketing activities. Strives to consistently enhance the company competitive position in the marketplace.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets according to sales plan
  • Display a thorough understanding of assigned account's business needs and revenue potential
  • Prepare innovative and turn-key sales proposals (across multiple sites & platforms) to meet clients needs and expectations
  • Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media's products to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers
  • Works and co-ordinate with regional team to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs

Other Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Proven track record of sales success with media agencies and direct advertiser relationships is an added bonus
  • Solid understanding of the advertising landscape and advertising sales operations. Some knowledge of online advertising with regards to advertising options and technology
  • Experienced in advertising/media, strategic marketing and/or consulting is strongly preferred
  • Must be customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling web solutions in a highly competitive environment is ideal
  • Good communication skills; possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills
  • Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education
  • 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity in an advertising environment
