• Supervise and check Account Payable/Receivable transaction
• Manage and control employee advance
• Prepare monthly VAT input, Specific tax reconcile
• Prepare PVs and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions
• Produce payroll by initiating computer processing, printing checks, verifying finished product
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Overseeing the store for both the inventories and assets of company
• Report as need

• Computerized skill: Microsoft office (Advanced Excel), internet & email
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
