Summary of Position

SOUTH EAST ASIA TELECOM (Cambodia) CO.,LTD: Currently, we are looking for an Accounting and Auditing Specialist who is responsible for auditing and processing business revenue through business development activities and following up on the activities with agents and suppliers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Traditional AR/AP duties
  • Audit business payment & revenue and customer settlement
  • Audit the data of the related agents and suppliers on the platform
  • Audit and process revenue delivery adjustment cases. Making sure supporting documentation is included, report auditing and processing and other duties as required
  • Prepare tax payments
  • Estimate and track tax returns
  • Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Organize and update the company’s tax database
  • Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
  • Work closely with taxation department

Languages Required

English or Chinese

Other Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience or in progress
  • Professional Qualities: Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a PLUS
  • Ability to work well both independently and with others and to respond sensitively to employees and vendors
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Experience with journal entries and accruals a plus, experience with Sage Intacct a PLUS
  • Quantitative and organization skills, and a propensity to be “hands on” and detail oriented
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, timeline-orientated environment
