Nokor Tep The Women's Hospital is looking for an Accountant. The Cost Accountant is responsible for keeping the hospital’s financial books and records, including preparation and posting of journals, maintenance of registers and balance sheet substantiation. The role also covers the accounts payable and asset register functions.

• Pass ledger entries to account for the hospital’s expenses
• Establish and maintain sub-ledgers and registers for various asset classes
• Administer the hospital’s cost center structure and ensure costs are booked into the appropriate cost center(s)
• Calculate and book depreciation charges
• Effect payment for goods and services purchased by the hospital
• Prepare cost reports as required by the hospital’s management

The Head of Accounting

• Work experience in similar position preferred
• Hands-on experience in the use of Quickbooks accounting tool
• University graduate with degree in accounting
• Good oral and written communication in English and Khmer
• PC literate proficient in MS Office applications
