Galamax Cambodia with a staff of many years of experience in the industry, import and distribution Wood Flooring of Galamax, EGGER, Thaixin, Vario, Kosmos products.

Galamax Cambodia is seeking for Accountant and Marketing. The marketing responsible for building report templates, providing periodic sales and marketing reports and supporting in database input as well as validating documents to be in line with guidelines of promotional campaigns. Is the contact point/person between Sales & Marketing department and cross-functional team as well as external parties (agencies and suppliers) to ensure all tasks are delivered as per schedule.

Marketing

• Build periodic report templates and provide weekly and monthly sales report
• Support in database input and validate required documents to be in line with guidelines of promotional campaigns
• Manage and follow up contracts, procurement process, brand support expenditure and other internal processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, agencies and external suppliers to ensure all tasks are delivered as per schedule
• Build relationship with other functions: Finance, Production, Procurement, HR to ensure smooth operations
• Support team on booking meeting rooms, flights, car, hotel as travel plan, claim T&E, follow payment process and other general administration tasks
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Accountant

• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Auditing financial information
• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
• Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
• Handle full set of Vietnam company books
• Manage routine accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P etc and Tax reporting
• Dealing with tax authority/office
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups
• Working with outsource Account Firm on all filing related issues
• Undertake adhoc project from time to time as identified by CFO

• A minimum of college's degree
• A minimum of 1 years’ work experience is required
• Possess communication skills, interpersonal skills; and analytical skills & have the ability to perform under pressure
• Good skill of Microsoft Office and expert in Excel Pivot and Power Point
• Good English skills (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)
• Is willing to work overtime and under pressure

Accountant:

• Graduated in accounting, finance, economics major. High GPA is preferred. 
• 1 – 3 years experience as accountant.
• Fluent English communication is a must. 
• Fluent in MS Office, other computing skills.
• Age: 22 – 30
