Administration & Finance Officer

Summary of Position

The Penthouse Residence: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Administration & Finance Officer. Report directly to the owner of LLFitness. Tasks include client communications and service, verifcation and reconciliation of transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and other financial duties as they occur. Further administrative responsibilities include maintenance of files and client data, drafting of client and partner correspondence, as well as managing the website and social media channels, e.g. content creation, ads, etc. As the role progresses, developing administrative systems and a proactive role in finding new solutions in advertising and business development may become more central. It should be noted that we are a small company and responsibilities may vary depending on projects as they occur.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tracking sales and finances, identifying weaknesses of and making improvements to the existing bookkeeping system
  • Managing client data and providing managerial insights to the head of the company
  • Communications with partners and clients, existing as well as potential
  • Marketing and advertising services through various (digital) media channels and in person
  • Support in identifying and establishing new services, e.g. classes or consulting opportunities
  • The creation of necessary promotional materials such as flyers, posters and advertisements
  • Where applicable, the creation of improvement of existing designs, including name cards, uniforms, documents, etc.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company through new ideas, critical review of the status quo and self-driven initiative to fuel change

Other Requirements
