Summary of Position

NCARE INTERNATIONAL (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Administrative Executive.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Personal Assistant to General Manager
  • Provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative services and support for General Manager in an effective, efficient and professional manner
  • Provide general administration and support
  • Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Book Keeping - inputting data into the accounting system, tracking of accounts receivable, payable and bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for invoice and payment processing.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

  • Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Strong writing, editing and oral communication in English and Khmer
  • Ability to speak/write Chinese Language will be added advantage
