Assistant Area Sales Supervisor

Summary of Position

A group of fashion clothing store is looking for an Assistant Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for overall daily operation of all assigned stores, ensuring excellent customer services are provided and the sales target are met. He/she will also be responsible to train, coach, and motivate staff to perform their duties at their best. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of all daily operations of all assigned stores, drive the staff to achieve sales target
  • Lead and provide constant support to all Store & Administration Managers in terms of daily retail operations
  • Recruit, manage, train, develop and coach all staff, ensure that they are well-versed of product and that excellent customers services are provided
  • Ensure that product Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation are in line with the guidelines provided brand in charge
  • Co-ordinate and provide feedbacks constantly to the supporting teams both locally as well as in the Head Office in terms of Product, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, IT and HR
  • Study customers’ trends and behaviors and make suggestions to the related teams in the Head Office
  • Ensure that the inventory in each store is adequate and provide related suggestions brand in charge
  • Liaise with local parties concerned i.e. Mall Management in regard to ongoing & upcoming promotional programs
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested by the Head Office
  • Prepare store visit plan and ensure regular frequency of visit
  • Work and co-ordinate with International Business Development Department to source for prospective business opportunities
  • Be updated about competitors’ promotions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior and Management.

  • bachelor degree in related field
  • English is a must, and other languages are an advantage
  • Understanding of the market trends
  • Understanding customer needs and inclination towards customer service
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and good public speaking skills
  • A positive and dynamic personality, able to adapt to different cultures
