I Apparel lnternational Group Pte Ltd is looking for ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER (3 vacancies).

Production  & Planning 

• Ensure production is carried out on a timely basis and at the optimum level to meet customer demands
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
• Oversee the production process and lead production scheduling when needed
• Ensure that the production is cost effective
• Maintain and improve product quality and standards and factory hygiene

People & Process Management

• Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals
• Improvise current work process and setting up SOPs
• Improve overall productivity and work efficiency of the production workers
• Implement 5S housekeeping and 7 wastes management

• At least 10 years solid experience at managerial level in apparel manufacturing industry
• Experience in all round garment manufacturing will be an advantage; such as factory management, merchandising, production planning and control etc
