Currently, we are looking for an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning.

• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
• Conduct monthly and weekly forecast
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Work with other department to enhance the best performance of planning
• Any other job assigned by manager and Directors

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
• An ability to analyze and use critical thinking skills.
• The ability to think outside of the box and devise creative solutions to various problems.
• Good Presentation and interpersonal skill.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation, conflict solution and management skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
