Assistant Manager in cocktail bar

Summary of Position

We are the first high end cocktail bar in Kampot, serving classic cocktails and our house twists on classic cocktails. We pride ourselves on having the largest spirit selection in Kampot and the best quality drinks. The right candidate will have good knowledge of spirits and cocktails methodology and history. As well as the creative spark and taste for creating new drinks. Experience training and managing staff is essential. On top of this a lighthearted friendly attitude to make our guests feel welcome and fit in with the team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Running shifts
  • Training staff
  • Helping to develop the menu
  • Opening and closing
  • Helping plan and run events
  • Controlling stock
  • Handling cash

The General Manager / Owner

Languages Required

Good English speaking, reading and writing.

Other Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality management role
  • 4+ years in the industry
  • Extensive cocktail knowledge
  • Must be committed to staying in Kampot for atleast 3 months
