Assistant Marketing Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a F&B company in Cambodia. They are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will be in charge of the whole process of marketing including market research, marketing strategies (short – middle- long), creating brand actions, event and brand storytelling to reinforce brand positioning, and evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and activation for each distribution channel. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate and ensure that distributors understand brand & product positioning and target group
  • Annual review on Marketing plan with internal Regional marketing (Thai) and with local distributors
  • Coordinate for drafting, review agreement, contact & commercial terms
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreement
  • Corresponds to the regional marketing plan
  • Support distributors to expand market
  • Responsible for marketing research to find the consumer behaviour
  • Coordinate and collaborate with global brand team to determine the direction and position of branding abroad
  • Formulate branding communication strategy and rollout the implementation
  • Create brand actions, events & brand storytelling to reinforce brand positioning
  • Effectiveness of promotion & activation for each distribution channel
  • To communicate and ensure distributors understood brand and product positioning and target group
  • Responsible for marketing research to find the consumer insight and behaviour
  • Create brand actions, event and brand storytelling to reinforce brand positioning
  • Formulate marketing strategies (short – middle- long) of responsible brand
  • Execute competitive marketing event and activity plan or each product
  • Monitor and control marketing events and activities in accordance with brand direction
  • Responsible for marketing research to find the consumer insight and behaviour

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 5-7 years of marketing background in beverages (Beer are preferred)
  • Fluent in English 
  • Able to work alone and independent, hand on and down to earth when comes to operations
  • Understand consumer insight marketing in alchohol business
  • Have an analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skill both stakeholders and internal
  • Good persuasive
  • Be creative and strong analytical skill at issue from different perspectives
