Assistant Regional Sale Manager

Summary of Position

Chip Mong Group is looking for an Assistant Regional Sale Manager. The Assistant Regional Sale Manager will be responsible for leading sales Team, developing and implementing sales plans and strategies in order to achieve sales target.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Sales team in sale operations to reach sales target
  • Work closely and keep good relationship with team to follow up sales activities ensuring that sales plan and schedule are met
  • Set schedule meeting with Sales Team and provide frequent training on necessary skills.
  • Develop new template, procedure, process flow for sales team
  • Monitor and feedback competitor’s advertising and promotional activities
  • Collect data for complaints and problems from customers
  • Collect and summary report market surveys from salesman team frequently and report to Management.
  • Search for new vendors and other models of steel to update product portfolios
  • Ensure that the team adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct, take immediate action when the problems happen and report to the Management
  • Prepare slide presentation and connect to another team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or Marketing, or a related area
  • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing
  • Knowledge of market research, business models and strategy
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible to travel
