Our client is one of the largest integrated oil and gas companies in the world is seeking for an Aviation Supervisor. The Aviation Supervisor will be in charge of controlling the stock, Operation and maintenance of the Aviation depots facilities within the processes, Helping and working on mechanic/technician to check & test fixed and mobiles facilities. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Supervise the stock control including loss control for the depot
• Ensure that all loading/discharging/stock date are entered in the relevant systems (e.g. Avidial) and coordinated with HQ if required
• Operation and maintenance of the Aviation depots facilities within the processes and procedures for Aviation depots
• Coordinate with external garages the maintenance works for the trucks, refuellers and trailors
• Safely perform the into plane service using the refueller at the airfield & in the aviation depot
• Be overall in charge of refueling activities at the apron & in the aviation depot
• Coordinate with drivers and technician to perform maintenance and check of refuellers/ trailers and vehicle, in professional & efficient ways in accordance with company's objectives
• Ensure quality control checks of product refer to MOCQAT & JIG and check and loading & unloading bridgers
• Ensure loading/ topping up refuellers and trailers
• Help and work mechanic/technician to check & test fixed and mobiles facilities
• Complete documents and record according to MOCQAT forms
• Assist the depot manager in development of HSE matters
• Assist the depot manager to keep depot tidy
• Other tasks assigned by the depot manager

Reporting to the manager

• Bachelor degree in Mechanics or Technical or equivalent field
• Appropriate valid Driving License
• Good understanding of the oil industry practices gained over few years of operational experience
• A thorough knowledge of all aspects of safe practices in the inventory stock control gain/loss within tolerance
