Booking Coordiantor

The opportunity

In order to continue making grow our activity in Cambodia and Myanmar, we are creating the position of Booking Coordinator, located in Pnhom Penh

You have a previous experience in merchandising our account managing

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the service request from customers or their suppliers
  • Advise customers on the best solution to implement
  • Make sure that we have all relevant information to perform the service properly
  • Negotiate gently with customers who would like to make compromise on their quality requirement
  • Make quotations for specific cases
  • Communicate with the field technician to make sure that every special customer requirement has been understood and will be well performed

On a regular basis, then you will have to:

  • Ensure that customer data are up-to-date and relevant according to their expectations

Reporting to

The AQM Cambodia/Myanmar Country Manager

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Khmer
  • Merchandiser or account manager experienced
  • Fashion industry or quality industry experienced
  • Self-organized and careful on details
  • Good at the usual MS suite and willing to learn others
