Branch Manager

Summary of Position

A maintenance and engineering services company in Cambodia is looking for a Branch Manager who will be in charge of the overall sales and operations processes within the company. Meeting with agreed targets and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Cambodia. Ensuring a high level of quality service for the works we carry out in the region and develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors. He/she will be based in Siem Reap.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and continuous service operations according to the company standard
  • Handle all technical and quality claims on service related matter with clients
  • Monitor, improve, and develop operations processes to ensure highest efficiency
  • Ensure working procedures and standard are implemented
  • Review contracts and make sure that service items are delivered to clients
  • Prepare reports to GM/MD
  • Ensure materials and supplies are efficiently used and planned
  • Prepare Sales Forecasting & Plan and set up sales target to achieve company’s goal
  • Ensure all potential clients are contacted and informed of the company’s products and services
  • Contact clients and arrange visits for potential business development
  • Monitor client complaints and feedback to operations team
  • Other related activities assigned by the GM or MD

Experience Required

At least 2-year work experience from any service industry (operation department)

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

Other Requirements

  • Degree in management or related field
  • Organized, independent, and honest 
  • Experience and right attitude to be a good sales is a PLUS
  • Committed to high standard
  • Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness
  • Very familiar with Computer literate (Ms. Office & email)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven.
