Brand Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a market leading company in providing bed, bathroom and kitchen equipment. They are seeking for a Brand Manager who will be in charge of increasing sales and building good relationship with new and existing customers. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, propose, lead and execute Sales & Marketing plan and strategies
  • Build up relationship with distributors and sellers to drive sales and update products and market information
  • Lead, coach and monitor sales team to ensure sales target is achieved
  • Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
  • Lead the execution of sale program in specific area/channel
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • University degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in sales job FMCG
  • Good command in English
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
