Business Development Manager
Summary of Position
Our client is a world’s leading medical and travel security risk services company. They are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be in charge of developing new businesses and growing existing accounts in various fast-growing industries in Cambodia (i.e O&G, Engineering/Construction, Manufacturing, Education & Hospitality sectors). She/he will be required to develop a sales strategy and action plan to achieve its sales & business targets for new and existing business. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Has great sales consultative approach with proven track record in business development activities selling complex B2B solutions to multinational companies in a fast moving, global environment
- Has strong selling solution business knowledge, preferably in B2B services sectors
- Able to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organization
- Able to work independently, anticipate and react to frequently changing business climate
- Able to communicate, and deliver client presentations well with ease and flair
- Articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities, and personalities
- Has international exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment
- Results driven with a high passion, drive and motivation

Report directly to the Branch Manager, Vietnam & Cambodia

Master's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience required in B2B and/or service industry
- International assignment/exposure (study or work) is a plus
- Capable to work with and/or directing technical experts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Networking skill
