Business Development Manager

Summary of Position

A company that specializes in retail pharmacy in Cambodia and has developed a trustful relationship with the leading international laboratories and the most reputable brands in the cosmetics or dietetics industries is now seeking for a Business Development Manager that will be in charge of event and new content posting in social media. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • Find event company could participate in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kep, Kampot: Beauty Fair, Sport events, Health & Wellness events, etc….
  • Supervise the events company participates: cost, material, set up, sales report after event, follow up
  • Organization of the staff party: location, theme, activities


  • Find new partnerships with schools, Embassies, Universities, hotels, NGO, etc…. to give more exposure to company and more traffic in store

Social Media

  • Control the design and schedule of Facebook and Instagram posts
  • Be pro-active on Facebook on expat and wellness groups in Cambodia


  • Animate the website 
  • Put new content online

Competitive Intelligence

  • Control our competitors in Cambodia and other countries: communication, promotions, design, merchandising, new stores, social media


  • Supervise the designer and give him some tips to improve

Loyalty Program

  • Create special offers and events for membership card holders

Delivery Project

  • Set up and start operation phase of direct delivery to customers

Online Sales

  • build a new website dedicated to sales online

 Specific action to boost sales in store

  • For stores openings / re-openings, or in case of difficulties with sales
  • Establish a concrete action plan / program

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor degree in management, marketing, sale, other related fields
  • At least 1 years working experiences in Cambodia
  • Good command of English speaking, writing and listening
  • High commitment and hard on working
  • Strong confidence and leadership style
  • Honest, Flexible and Responsible, good attitude and creative new ideas
