Business Development Manager ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). PP

Summary of Position

CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Business Development Manager ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). S/he will work based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and organize new business development activities to drive revenue
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Sales and Customer Relationship activities
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
  • Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process
  • Write and prepare commercial proposal or contracts for prospective customers and to complete tender document whenever required to
  • Join Business Meeting with the top management team on a monthly basis to follow up company’s projects

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer / English / Chinese

Other Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales management and involvement with completion of commercial offering to customers. (Preferably with experience in big multinational company)
  • Master degrees or bachelor degree in any relevant fields which may include an Engineering or Technical Degree
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products from ISP and telecom industry
  • Technical skills are required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on customer requirement
  • Analytical mind with strong math skills and keen business senses
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency - Proficient in English
