Business Execution Officer

Summary of Position

Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import & Export Co., Ltd (BVM) is a petroleum importer operating in Cambodia since 2008 by providing quality gasoil and gasoline nationwide. We are looking for a Business Execution Officer who will be based in Head Office to support and grow our business. It is expected to be filled as soon as possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting and coordinating product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments
  • Interpreting, evaluating and interrelating research data to management
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing reports
  • Assist to prepare planning and coordinating the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies
  • Preparing reports (i.e dashboard) by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Understanding and communicating the financial and operational impact of any changes
  • Creating informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

  • University degree in finance and accounting or equivalent related fields                
  • At least 2 years experiences in accounting tasks or related post                 
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Good technical, documentation and analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and presentations
  • Good understand on planning, organizational, and time management
  • A history of leading and supporting projects
  • Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing
  • Proficiency in computer skill including Microsoft office (excel and word)
