Summary of Position
At Sharpen The Axe in Kampot we are searching for talented individuals to join our team. If you consider yourself a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, with a keen eye for detail and a lot of enthusiasm please get in touch.

This position is specifically for a trained professional with experience making high end cocktails, as well as knowledge about spirits and wines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day to day mangement of a lively high-end cocktail bar, including
- Running shifts
- Developing drink menus
- Developing drinks to pair with food
- Handling basic accounting
- Training staff to a high standard

Experience Required
4+ years in the hospitality industry.
1+ years in management.

Languages Required
Very good English.
Basic Khmer would be advantageous.
