Commercial Sales Executive
Summary of Position
The largest integrated oil and gas companies in the world providing energies from around the world that spur involvement and creativity and enable the Company to aim for ever increasing quality, safety and efficiency is looking for a Commercial Sales Executive. The Commercial Sales Executive will be in charge of Maintaining existing customers by delivering good services and good relationship, Following up and collecting payments from customers on timely basis, Participating activities to boost up the company target. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh and travel to province for business trip .
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain existing customers by delivering good services and good relationship
- Identify and create new prospective customers for both commercial sale and industrial oils
- Obtain new customer information and take part in analysis Risk Assessment
- Follow up and collect payments from customers on timely basis
- Facilitate customer's order with sale administrator and dispatcher to product delivery to customer
- Monitor and update market information and competitor's activities on promptly and regularly basis
- Implement sale approach "one customer one package" by offering lines of product sale (Fuel/Lube/Club Card)
- Participate actively in company staff meeting, training, or other programs/events
- Participate regular in team meeting to share result & feedback and action plan from management

- To Consumer & Industrial Oil Manager
Experience Required
2-year experience in relevant work
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Good command of English and Chinese
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sale / Marketing
- Strong administration and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Ability to work on own initiative to identify new business opportunities, and willing to travel to province for business trip
- MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency
- Valid driving license
