Communication Manager

Summary of Position

One of company being set-up by the founders/operators of several well-known boutique hotels, restaurants and shops in Cambodia is looking for Communication Manager.

The Communication Manager will be in charge of ensure quality and consistent presence of company and its properties on all communication.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define mid and long term marketing objectives and successfully lead their implementation
  • Manage the communication team and ensure deadlines are met
  • Follow up and validate all communication materials
  • Supervise and coordinate events with the relevant teams on-site
  • Maintain and enlarge press database and contacts
  • Represent the company in networking events and other meetings
  • Implement new internal organization tools and processes
  • Generate monthly report and planning
  • Maintain daily relevant communication with all sister-businesses and GMs

More than 2 years of experience

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Languages Required

Fluent in English. Khmer, French or Chinese being a plus

Other Requirements

  • Experience as Communication or Marketing Manager
  • Graduated in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations or related fields
  • Interested/experienced in international leisure travelling
  • Able to meet deadlines in a pressured environment
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Solid presentation, listening and communication skills
