Community Manager

Summary of Position

BRED Bank Cambodia is a subsidiary of BRED Banque Populaire, a member of the BPCE Group, the 2nd largest banking group in France, serving more than 31.2 million customers, employing more than 100,000 people worldwide, and counting 9 million cooperative shareholders.

BRED Bank is looking for a Community Manager based in Head Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work alongside marketing and sales teams to manage BRED Bank Cambodia presence on digital channels
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through phone call
  • Redirect customer leads to the concerned sales team
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Amending, proofreading social media written content
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts

Other Requirements

Required Education & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Communication or similar
  • 2 years’ experience as Community Manager or Sales representative
  • Excellent computer skills: efficient use of Adobe CC and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Khmer (writing and speaking)
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • French would be a plus

  • Discretion, integrity and rigor
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to handle multiple tasks
  • Effective communication.
