Summary of Position
DYNAMIC GROUP: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Corporate Affairs Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs Manager
- Assist to coordinate key meetings and events including the Annual General Meeting
- Assist with the management of bequests
- Ensure compliance to privacy and freedom of information legislation
- Respond to privacy and freedom of information inquiries
- Provide administrative support to other Senior Managers as required
- Continuous review of processes to improve efficiency
- Sorting and allocating incoming paper and electronic mail
- Organizing and filing documents
- Managing schedules
- Arranging travel
- Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Supervising lower-level employees
- Training new staff members

- Bachelor in Business, Administration or Management
