Country HR Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a hospitality company in Cambodia. They are looking for Country HR Manager who will be in charge of Training Development, Human Resource Management, Compliance, Recruitment & Selection, Planning & Reporting, Internal Communications and incentives. He/She will be based in Phnom Penh



Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fully working on Cambodia HR function within the management and updating HRMI system to ensure both internal and external compliance
  • Develop a platform for team member engagement that rewards feedback, ideas and improvement to generate from the business
  • Identifying skills and resource gaps within the business on Recruitment & Selection 
  • Planning and implementing company project to improve business performance and the quarterly of HRMI performance metrics which included engagement, retention goals, induction, staff progression and team satisfaction
  • Leading internal staff communication to ensure that all staff member understand well about company’ vision and business value in order to engage in the successful development and growth of the business
  • Oversea training and development to ensure there is a consistent path of progression for all staff member in every level of business

Other Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Organizational Psychology or other relevant major
  • At least 4 years experience in HR role
  • Knowledge of legal aspects pertaining in the role, as well as understanding of Cambodian labor law
  • Excellent organization, Planning and administration skills including a working knowledge of using Google Docs and spreadsheet or equivalent software programs and relevant HRMI system
  • Fluent in English and Khmer for both written and spoken and also other languages will be a plus
  • Ability to travel within Cambodia and Southeast Asia country
  • Strong commitment, Proactive and Result Orientated
