Country IT Specialist
Summary of Position
As Country IT Specialist, your main focus will be to offer good & timely support for the end users to solve the issues/requests and manage the running of a proper server room; interact with the local IT vendors
Main Duties and Responsibilities
What will you do?
In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:
- Perform Incident Management - First line support for Office Users
- Provide remote support via telephone, email & the internet where applicable
- Maintain a clear line of communication and visibility of workload with the main IT office, based in Stockholm; follow global standards, policies and procedures
Who will you work with?
In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in [LOCATION]. You will report to the IT Manager and interact regularly with other country support teams, our external suppliers as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
