Country Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the world leading provider of innovative cleaning solutions. They are looking for a Country Manager who will be responsible to manage and grow the brand presence in Cambodia for sustainable and profitable growth. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the existing team by setting up the subsidiary (obtaining permits, finding networks, define local strategies
  • Lead the hiring process to build up a talented and skilled local team over time
  • Drive the local strategy to increase sales and grow market share in cooperation with the regional HQ
  • Grow existing distribution networks and develop new ones
  • Represent company in Cambodia market and will build up strong networks with customers, partners, local organisations etc
  • Responsible for reaching the annual budget and will participate in the budget process
  • Support the drive of Regional initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy at local level
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of employees
  • Establishes, implements and updates guidelines and policies for local
  • employees and, ensures that uniform standards of employment are maintained and updated in alignment with statutory regulation

Other Requirements

  • Degree holder, either technical or commercial
  • At least 10 years of sales experience (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Experience in managing and leading team
  • Strategic, customer centric, entrepreneurial thinking and sales driven
  • Fluent in Khmer and English and able to communicate and interact well on international platform
