Credit Manager
Summary of Position
One of foreign bank is seeking for candidate as a Credit Manager that will be responsible for checking the monthly report on loan outstanding, disbursement, NPL and other report from Credit Support Officer. He /She will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Check daily loan disbursement report from Credit Officer and Credit Support Officer and report to management
- Manage and train all Credit Officer and Credit Support Officer to track and achieve target
- Site visit on customer’s business for mitigating the risk on new customers and existing customers
- Check and verify on all car loan applications before submit to Credit Risk Management team to analyze
- Strategic planning for car loan promotion
- Follow up, check and verify on the loan and legal document before disbursement
- Prepare document for management approval on loan documents
- Follow up on delinquency loan in the bank for making payment on time
- Negotiate on the payment of the customers on the condition of payment
- Weekly and monthly report on NPL and status of lawsuit to management
- Review and comment on Credit Policy and Credit Manual from time to time
- Market research on new product to compete with other banks and MFIs
- Coordinate on daily work of Credit Team
- Other task assign by management team.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the field of Banking/Finance or related degree
- Minimum of two (2) year experience in the car loan department or leasing company
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Be honest, highly committed, and flexible
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team
- Able to use English in speaking and writing (Good).
