Summary of Position
Our client is a partner of the global IT system. They are looking for Cloud Service Provider who will be responsible for helping partners understand best practices across all domains and solutions including cloud products, security, data insights, modern applications, business productivity or dynamics, and how to migrate/integrate with existing systems. He/She will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with PDM & CSP distributor to assess technical competencies and onboard resellers on the CSP program
- Provide Microsoft CSP partners daily and essential supports including but not limit to training on products/technologies, solving technical issues & questions etc
- Keep track and keep partners inform on Microsoft Cloud Technology such as: O365, EMS, M365, D365 and Azure & Demonstrative Environment
- Initiate plan with partners to drive revenue growth and market development

Report to Regional team and partner development manager
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Other Requirements
- Bachelor Graduate - degree in IT is preferable
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in related field and have knowledge of System Administration and Infrastructure as well as Microsoft technology
- Background or interest in Technical sales/Business development is a plus
- Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively to different levels of stakeholders
- Good command in English both in writing and speaking
