CSR Officer

Summary of Position

I Apparel lnternational Group Pte Ltd is looking for CSR Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee factory health and safety e.g.  workers and company

  • Report for potential violation of H&S will supporting photograph
  • Daily walk to the production floor for possible violations of OS&H  and listen to workers’ needs/issues, if any
  • Weekly check on fire fighting/safety equipment, recorded on logbook (first aid boxes, fire extinguisher, emergency/exit light, fire alarm switch/control panel/machinery safety guard.)
  • Weekly check on maintenance record of machineries (Broiler, Generator, Compressor)
  • Ensure the good housekeeping is being observed, or there is  any potential health hazard, make a written report attach with photograph
  • Assist Buyer’s audit  on documentation
  • Maintain buyer’s file
  • Supervise the documentation clerks for custom compliance
  • Organize fire drill, ensure fire drill carry out twice a year.  Record the minutes with photograph
  • Conduct and organize training for health and safety (PPE, First Aid,  Fire Fighting, CTPAT/Security Awareness, Payroll, Internal Rules, Employment Contract)
  • Reports of actual potential violations will be addressed directly with HR/Admin (review worker’s personal file, check on age proof documents, workbook and medical cert.) 
  • Conduct and organize Health and Safety Committee Meeting once a month and compile the minutes
  • Submit Monthly In house Compliance Audit toHQ Global Compliance Team. (H&S - Social Compliance Audit, Product Safety Audit)
  • Submit Record to OSI RHQ Compliance Team of Compliance Training(Health & Safety), CTPAT Security Training Awareness, and Product Safety Training
