Customer Relationship Officer

Summary of Position

Orkide Villa Group are a real estate development company based in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The company specialises in the development of high-quality, mixed-use developments, based on principally residential uses. Currently, we are looking for Customer Relationship Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
  • Working closely with Account and Sales
  • Resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients
  • Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Able to work multi-tasks and Supervise the day-to-day task assignments under manager
  • Responsible for identifying areas of weakness and providing appropriate recommendations for resolving these issues
  • Assisting with customer requests and questions
  • Coordinates work with other executive and support staff to ensure a high performance, Customer service-oriented work environment
  • Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements
  • Have the ability to get along with a variety of personality types
  • Assist with other administrative tasks

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 Years experiences in dealing with customers and admin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build report with customers
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • A good people who can motivate himself
  • Good in English and Chinese
