We, Asian Assistance an emergency medical assistance company providing service to travellers in Asia, is looking for a qualified candidate to our company, with the position as Customer service, to join our set up in Phnom Penh.

• Answer phone inquiries in a professional manner
• Respond to incoming mails and fax’s
• Provide and arrange assistance & travel services to international clients
• Schedule appointments and payments to providers
• Update information in database
• Carry out the daily task and job as assigned by team leader

To be considered for the position You will need the following:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in use of computer program for Microsoft office suite (word, outlook, excel)
• Service minded
• Able to work independently and under stress
• Willing to work according to a shifting schedule including night, weekends and public holidays
