Summary of Position
CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD. is looking for a Customer Service, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). PP, SHV.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond and support to customer inquiries
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve on customer complaints
- Understand about company product and service
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Perform other tasks as assign by Management
Languages Required
Khmer / English / Chinese
Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business administration or related skill
- At least 1 year experience of Customer Service
- Knowledge of how to deal and solve problems
- Communication skills in speaking/Writing English
- Knowledge of computer literacy especially Ms. Excel
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills, patience, flexible, honest and friendly
