Customer Service Manager

Summary of Position

Anew set up Real Estate Company is looking for a Customer Service Manager who will be in charge of handling a wide range of customer service and warranty related items and is able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people while continuing to foster a team environment. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist project management and sales & marketing team in achieving completion
  • Project occupancy and resident hand over
  • Project closeout
  • Assist project management and sales with the review of the quality of the construction
  • Assist with review of the showroom and display suite
  • Assist with managing the contractor to developer handover quality review and establishment of deficiencies/incomplete work
  • Assist the project managers with the chase down of contractor and subcontractors to get all incomplete work finished prior to Owners move in
  • Oversee & Expedite repairs and deficiency work independently, providing communication and reports
  • Coordinate trades to ensure timely and efficient repair of deficiencies
  • Maintain positive and professional customer experience, communication and expectations from closing through warranty
  • Work with trades to coordinate and facilitate expedited completion of incomplete or deficient work
  • Be accountable for managing the successful project total completion and complete customer satisfaction
  • Continued communication with Owners re update on progress and anticipated completion dates
  • Deal with Customers to ensure appropriate understanding of all the components of their home including orientation of the supporting documentation provided with their purchase.
  • Asset Management
  • Oversee maintaining the appropriate operational condition of managed property assets
  • Manage and/or undertake directly any required maintenance or repair work that is the owners responsibility

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in both written & spoken English and Khmer
