Customer Service Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is an international bank in Cambodia. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will be in charge of the relationship management, ensuring superior customer experience and account opening. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Greeter and activities at the Greeter Station
  • Managing a team of Customer Service staff
  • Opening of accounts
  • Customer complaint and problem resolution (including escalation as appropriate) and ensuring their no-recurrence
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Staff training to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism from all Branch staff working with the Branch Manager and all Direct Reports to the BM
  • Review branch customer service procedures, policies and practices with a view to ensuring their relevance and a superior customer experience with each transaction and customer visit
  • Ensuring all branch staff are up to speed with the Bank’s promotions, products and services
  • Build community with Branch customers by organizing and participating in community activities and events
  • Collect, collate and analyze branch MIS for productivity and service tracking

Other Requirements

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience as Customer Service Manager
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
  • Working knowledge with computers & banking applications/software
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (with English language skills preferably)
  • Customer satisfaction orientation & sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented TEAM environment
