Customer Service Officer

Summary of Position

The Olympia city project was constructed by the Oversea Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC) since 2012, comprising of 60 stories Business Building 50 stories five Star Hotel, Luxury Condominium, SOHO and Office, Shop House, the Olympia Plaza, International School, Rooftop Restaurant, Pedestrian Sky Bridge, Swimming pool, gym, Steam, Sauna, and Kids Playground. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors in person or on the phone, answering 
  • Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service by face to face
  • Keep update of condo survey from another projects
  • Ensure the customer complaint will be solved effectively 
  • Collect the management fee and parking fee from residents
  • Prepare announcement to alerts condo owners who not pay the management and parking fee
  • Prepare announcement of public holiday to customer
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Fresh Graduate / Entry level

Languages Required

Khmer, English & Chinese

Other Requirements

  • Fresh graduates related to this field are motivated to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese (preferred)

  • Computer literate word excel, internet and email
