Customer Service Officer - Olympia City

Summary of Position

The Olympia Project was addressed as a great project for Resident and Investment in Cambodia. The Olympia Project is located on the excellent location in the heart of Phnom Penh which is the commercial area. The Olympia city project was constructed by the Oversea Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC) since 2012, comprising of 60 stories Business Building 50 stories five Star Hotel, Luxury Condominium, SOHO and Office, Shop House, the Olympia Plaza, International School, Rooftop Restaurant, Pedestrian Sky Bridge, Swimming pool, gym, Steam, Sauna, and Kids Playground. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors in person or on the phone, answering 
  • Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service by face to face
  • Collect all income from residents and clear with the bookkeeper
  • Build up good relationship between company and customer
  • Ensure the customer complaint will be solved effectively and feedback
  • Update the statistic of resident numbers
  • Update all units which connected water and electricity
  • Prepare all the announcement to all residents
  • Prepare all the management fee contract 
  • Prepare the access card to residents
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

English, Mandarin,

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Minimum 1 years experience in customer services/hospitality industry 
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills 
  • Strong communication and public relations skill
  • Good personality and attitude of “CAN DO”
  • Team oriented, friendly, and interpersonal skill
  • Good command in Khmer and English (Chinese is a Plus)
