Customer Service Supervisor ($350- $400)

Summary of Position

CAM-ASEAN: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Customer Service Supervisor ($350- $400).

Working Hour : 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 2:00pm - 7:00 PM ( Monday to Friday and Half Saturday) 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all the customer service staff
  • Ensure smooth process from walk-in to registration
  • Be in charge of the calling customer service calling committee
  • Entering, filling and keeping students’ data
  • Monitor and control student attendance
  • Keep and maintain all relevant documentation
  • Facilitate and create students’ ID card
  • Ensure the customer services are all well inform of any updates, events or promotions
  • Be the main communication and information sources for the customer services, the school and students
  • In charge of reposing back on Facebook inquiry for pages: CAM-ASEAN pages
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Perform Other assigned tasks

Experience Required

At least 1-year experience

Other Requirements

  • Holding Bachelor Degree in management or other relevant fields
  • Having at least 1 year experience
  • Being creative, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Being able to deal and interact well students, parents and clients
  • Good command of English language
