CUSTOMER SUPPORT & TRANSLATOR (Khmer/English)
Summary of Position
We are small, Europe based, IT company. Our headquarter is in London, UK, but our main office is located in Prague, Czech Republic. Recently, we are opening new branch in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Currently, we are looking for CUSTOMER SUPPORT & TRANSLATOR (Khmer/English).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer support (answering questions of our customers by phone /e-mail)
- Contact with local authorities, administrative work
- Full time (5 days/week; 8 hours/day)
- Answering questions of our customers, coming via e-mails and phone calls, will be your main responsibility
- No worries - you are NOT selling anything! People are calling to you and your only task is to answer them
- For sure, we will provide training and explain you everything
- You will also be in charge of translation between Khmer and English
- You will translate our English website into Khmer version
- For this reason, you need to have an excellent knowledge or Khmer and Khmer grammar
- As none of us speaks Khmer, you need to have a very good knowledge of English as well
- In case of English, perfect grammar is not necessary
Languages Required
Khmer - native speaker, excellent knowledge of Khmer grammar
English - very good level, perfect grammar is not necessary
English - very good level, perfect grammar is not necessary
Other Requirements
- Khmer and English skills (both oral and written form)
- Excellent knowledge of Khmer grammar (native speaker)
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 level should be enough, C levels are more than welcomed)
- Excellent communication skills
- User knowledge of PC (internet, e-mail etc.)
- You must be living in Sihanoukville or be able to move there or commute (5 days/week)
- Organizational skills
- Responsibility and precision
