One of the leading full service commercial and social research is looking for Deputy General Manager.

The Deputy General Manager will be in charge as the idea person for a business development oriented research director willing to evolve to more senior role in a regional organization. He/she will work base in Phnom Penh.

• Responsible for leading the operations team and developing their capacity
• Lead, mentor and train the research and operations teams to prepare relevant and high quality proposals
• Continue the transition to digitalization from data capture to processing and reporting
• Ensure delivery on timelines and outputs for client commissioned projects.
• Identify, monitor and follow up on commercial and social projects leads among key commercial stakeholders and NGO’s
• Contribute analysis of consumer and market trends for benefit of our clients (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Develop new market research services for fast relevant insight to wide range of clients
• Lead the marketing efforts and publication of our proprietary research reports / products
• Represent the company in relevant events and organization to keep research as top of mind research agency among key local and international clients

The Group Manager

• Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and presentation skills in customer facing roles
• Proven records in leading client service and research teams to deliver relevancy insights
• Strategic thinking and excellent marketing / social research skills
• High level analytical and reporting capacities (quanti and quali)
• Capacity to lead local and international teams by motivation and demonstration
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with team player behavior
• Previous work experience in Cambodia / South east Asia preferred
• Local candidates will be given priority
