Summary of Position
A leading international FMCG in Cambodia is looking for Deputy HR Manager.
The Deputy HR Manager will be in charge of reviews, maintains and proposes the improvement of HR Policies & Procedures (in the area of Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and GPM, GED2.0), keeping up with the company’s strategy and best practices in the market.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the awareness and correct understanding of the approved policies and procedure
- Monitors and assesses effectiveness of Policy implementation
- Develops programmers and lead the processes of employee development
- Ensure the implementation of people development is in line with Global and HAP regional guidelines and strategies
- Facilitate, monitor, evaluate, and improves learning initiatives implementation.
- Manages resource allocation (people and budget) for people and organization development in the area of soft competency development
- Facilitates and supports the implementation of People Review to ensure the development of succession planning of critical positions in the companies as well as in order to develop and retain the top talents in Company
- Provides effective integration of the approved plan and its follow-up with the relevant training and development activities
- Inform and supply Management & HAP Group HR with the relevant information

Other Requirements
- Preferable Master Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in different areas of HR, especially recruitment and people development with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial level in corporate company
- Leadership skill, Coaching skill
